2007 Quilt Challenge

Piecemaker members were given a challenge to create a quilt on the theme "How Does Your Garden Grow". Participants chose a packet of fabrics to use which included a focus fabric (either flowers or vegetables) and two coordinating fabrics. Additional fabrics were allowed.

My appologies for not crediting the makers of most of these quilts. This page will be updated as more information is gathered.

#3 "Hummingbirds at the Cabin" by Corrine Moore.

It's based on an old art print from the Art Nouveau period (and is used with permission of the author of the art book: "Portfolio of Maurice Pillard Verneuil", "L'animal dans la decoration"). Each "feather" is a leaf from the garden material.
